When requested, CTV provides information on assessment procedures, rules and procedures for granting, maintaining, extending or reducing the scope, for suspending, withdrawing or refusing certification, information on the procedures for handling complaints and appeals, as well as other information relevant (ex: prices charged, rights and duties of applicants and applicants).
